Q: When does the Close Beta start?
A: The Close Beta officially begins on 2023/10/12 at 20:00 (UTC+8)
Q: Can I move my data from previous beta tests to this one?
A: No. The game data will be completely wiped after the beta test. lt will not be carried over.
Q: Will my game data for the Close Beta be saved after the beta ends?
A: It will not be saved.
Q: Will the Close Beta contain any purchasable items?
A: Yes. There will be in-app purchases in this beta test.
Q: If I make any purchases during the Close Beta Test, will I get any rebates on the official launch?
A: Yes. The purchase rebate rules for the Close Beta are as followed:
1. All purchases completed during the Close Beta will be attributed to the corresponding account after the official launch. All character progress obtained will be wiped at the end of the test.
2. The rebate amount of Devil Gems will be calculated based on a stepped ratio.
3. The additional items from Monthly Pass, Season Pass, and other gift packs will not be returned.

A: The Close Beta supports Google Pay and Xsolla.

A: Yes. Any kind of creation is welcome! And, pay attention to our social media and Discord for KOC events, as you can earn rewards.

Q: What should I do if my network is unstable and causing frequent disconnections or login failures?
A: Please make sure you have a stable network connection. If your connection is stable but you are still unable to log in to the game, please contact us via User Center in the game.
Q: What if I can't enter the game? (Can't open the beta, can't log in, can't connect to the server, black screen, and other issues)
A: Please confirm if the following are satisfied:
1.Verify if the testing slots have reached the maximum capacity.
2. Your gaming device meets our minimum requirements.
3. Your network connection is stable.
4. You are logging in within the beta period.
If all the above are satisfied and you still cannot log into the game, please contact us via User Center in the game.
